Sight Action supports blind and partially sighted people in the Highlands and Western Isles as early as possible in the deterioration of their good vision. Our mission is to keep individuals safe, independent and fully integrated in society through our individually tailored training programmes.

Adult Services
We can help adults cope safely and confidently around the home with improved independent living skills. We have a wide range of equipment available and we also help adults think of different ways to carry out tasks to make them easier.

Children’s Services
We offer parents information and support, such as development work with babies and young children, programmes in mobility and independence skills, including social skills, as well as access to a range of leisure and sporting activities.
IT Training
We can help improve job prospects through our excellent training packages from word processing to working towards recognised qualifications.
